Every profile and every conversation has a report option (the ••• menu). Reports are confidential — the person is never told who reported them. We review reports daily and act within 24 hours. You can also block anyone instantly; blocking is enforced at our core systems, so a blocked person cannot see, like, or message you.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, photos, matches, messages, and likes — immediately, from our servers. No email, no waiting period. (You can also request deletion by email.)
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services first (911 in the US).
Is Flè free? Yes — matching, chatting, and the weekly Hibiscus are free. Optional Premium, extra flowers, and Boost are purchases through the App Store.
Who can join? Adults 18+. Flè is made for the Haitian & Caribbean diaspora and everyone who loves the culture.
Where is Flè available? We're launching first in New York City, with more cities following. Join the waitlist to get in first.
How do subscriptions cancel? In your iPhone's App Store settings → Subscriptions — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
