Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Fle Ventures LLC ("Flè", "we"). By creating an account or using the Flè app or this website, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Flè.

2. Who can use Flè

Must be at least 18. One account, for yourself, accurate info, your own photos. You may not use Flè if we previously banned you.

3. Your content

You own what you post (photos, prompts, messages). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the service so Flè can work. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content was shared with others or we must retain records for legal/safety reasons. Post only what you have the right to share. No nudity or sexually explicit content, no other people's photos as your own.

4. Community rules

Meet with intention. The following get content removed and accounts warned or banned:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination;
• Impersonation, fake profiles, bots, misrepresenting age;
• Scams, solicitation, promotion, or requests for money (any direction);
• Sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content;
• Contacting someone after they unmatched or blocked you;
• Any activity involving minors — immediate ban and report to authorities.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts, and we review reports promptly.

5. Safety — please read this one

We do NOT run criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions, in the app and in person. Use the in-app safety tools (block, report, date safety), review our Safety tips, meet first in public places, tell someone you trust. Flè is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the service.

6. Purchases & subscriptions

Optional purchases (Flè Premium, Hibiscus flowers, Boost) are billed by Apple through your App Store account — we never see payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds handled by Apple. Consumables (flowers, boosts) are used when spent. Virtual items have no cash value and aren't transferable.

7. Termination

You can delete your account any time in Settings (permanently deletes your data — see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk; where appropriate we'll tell you why.

8. Disclaimers

Flè is provided "as is." We don't guarantee matches, uninterrupted service, or accuracy of every profile. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fle Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the conduct of users; total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations.

10. Indemnity

You'll indemnify Fle Ventures LLC against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

Governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes resolved in the state or federal courts in New York; you consent to their jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; for material changes we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Flè after changes means you accept them.
